I work with adults, children and young people from age 4 upwards — bringing an integrative, body‑aware and pace‑sensitive approach to a wide range of difficulties.
Sometimes it's a specific issue — a loss, a relationship breakdown, a diagnosis, a moment of crisis. Sometimes it's a quieter sense that something isn't quite working — an inner critic that won't stop, a feeling of overwhelm that won't lift, or patterns of behaviour that no longer serve.
Whatever brings you here, the work starts from where you are. We move at your pace, and together we look for what helps you feel safer, more grounded, and more able to choose.

A wide range of experiences — including but not limited to:
With adults the work is rooted in conversation, reflection and body awareness. We talk about what's bringing you here and what you'd like to be different — but we also pay attention to what shows up in the body, in patterns, and in the spaces between words.
I draw on Gestalt, parts work, psycho‑education and body‑based awareness as the work calls for them. Trauma often becomes "trapped" when the nervous system goes into freeze or shutdown — together we gently widen your window of tolerance and find ways to feel safe, grounded and connected before any deeper processing.
My aim is to offer something clear, direct and supportive — not clinical, patronising or fluffy.

With younger children, I use a play‑based approach. Children often process their feelings through play, sensory activities, roleplay and drawing or painting. I offer a space where they can take the lead, make choices and experience autonomy. This helps them build agency, confidence and emotional understanding in a way that feels natural and accessible.
With teenagers and young adults, the work is more conversational but still flexible — sometimes we'll use creative tools, sometimes we'll talk, sometimes we'll just be quiet together. I have particular experience with neurodivergent young people, those carrying trauma, and those navigating LGBTQIA+ identity, family or school‑based pressures.
Where appropriate, I work alongside parents, schools and other agencies — always with the young person's understanding and consent at the centre.
Many people get in touch with questions before they're ready to book.
I'm happy to talk things through first — there's no obligation to commit to ongoing work
